Try a spinning class! I'm an instructor in Orlando, and that workout is intense. You can burn up to 500 calories in one sitting, 40 minute workout. Plus, here in Florida where it rains every single day in the summer, it's a great alternative to riding outdoors...though I think that anything ourdoors beats anything indoors.  Give it a try?
